Delivery

We make sure that your order is delivered quickly and conveniently. After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the details and agree on the delivery method.

We will separately charge for transportation, collection, installation and recycling services.

We perform the transportation services during normal working hours, on weekdays from 8.00 a.m. to 16.00 (4 p.m.). For the services at times other than normal working hours, we will charge a surcharge for overtime, evening, night or weekend work.

We keep the right to make partial deliveries.

The Customer shall ensure that there are no obstacles to carrying the Products, any lifts are available to the carriers, vehicles transporting the Products have unimpeded access to the unloading sites and the passages are protected from damage. The customer is obliged to notify of all matters related to the delivery destination that affect the planning and implementation of the delivery.

We offer several delivery options:

• Courier delivery to your address. The price and timetable our manager will confirm with the customer during replacing the order.
• Pickup from our showroom at the following address: ABC Business Centre, 20 Charalampous, Mouscou, Paphos, 8010, Cyprus

The delivery time depends on the manufacturing period (for custom-made items), the shipping duration to Cyprus, and the local delivery time within Cyprus. All specific deadlines are specified in the order and the supply agreement.

The delivery cost is calculated individually and depends on the distance, the size of the order, and the delivery method. You can see the exact amount when placing your order or ask our manager for more information.
